Jobing Description

One Parking focuses on the "customer service" in the business of parking. Our companies greatest asset is our employees. We train each and every employee with a specialized "site specific" training plan. Designed and developed for each unique site. We cross train all employees so each employee understands and can if needed fill in for any staffing needs which might occur. Our goal is 24-hour response time to any customer inquiry. We are currently seeking customer friendly individuals to cashier and collect parking fees from patrons! We provide flexible work schedules and hours. Starting salary is $7.86 per Hour for cashiers. We offer Paid Time Off benefits (12 days per year plus 6 holidays) to full and part time employees as well as $50 referral bonuses and training bonuses. You are driven to deliver great customer service and are known for your commitment to excellence. You develop relationships with your co-workers and the customers you serve. You have high attention to detail and take pride in doing things right while applying your customer service skills. People acknowledge that you set realistic expectations, work well under pressure and have excellent listening, communication and organizational skills.

You are very good at solving problems and co-workers often come to you for assistance. You calmly and methodically trouble shoot the situation through to resolution. You like things to be right and will use your excellent communication skills to work with others to collect the information you will need to resolve the problem. You are often recognized for your patience and have a proven track record of high performance.

You should have experience in customer service. You are self-driven with strong work ethic and work well with minimum supervision. You always aim to please the customer (internal and external). Skills / Requirements
